Join a team that makes complexity clear.
We're hiring strategists, producers, and thinkers who believe the best content doesn't just inform—it empowers.
At Mediashock, we don't just create content. We translate the complex into the understandable. We turn technical jargon into stories that connect. We build trust through clarity. Our Content Choreography framework is the system behind it—the right message, at the right time, in the right sequence. And we'll teach you that system, if you're the type who learns fast and isn't afraid to fail.
We're analytical misfits. And we like it that way.
Our team is a mix: some of us studied marketing and design. Others came from engineering, economics, data science—fields where "creative" wasn't in the job description. But here's what we figured out: the best content doesn't come from one type of brain. It comes from different perspectives colliding.
The engineer who understands systems thinking. The economist who sees incentives. The designer who feels the aesthetic. The data scientist who trusts the numbers. Put them in a room together, and you get something most agencies can't build: content that's as rigorous as it is resonant.
We're not the flashy team at the party. We're the ones you bring home to meet your parents—reliable, thoughtful, built for the long game. If you've ever felt like you think differently than everyone else in the room, you'll fit right in here.
We don't hire for experience. We hire for wiring.
Here's what we've learned after years of building this team: your degree matters less than how your brain works. We're looking for people who:
Learn fast
Adapt under pressure
Care about outcomes, not just output
Aren’t afraid to fail.
Three conversations. No BS.
We don't believe in 8-round interview marathons or vague "culture fit" assessments. Our process is straightforward:
Conversation 1: Do we click?
A casual online meeting. We’re checking if you’d actually enjoy working here, and you’re checking if we’re not lying about the culture. No trick questions. Just humans talking to humans.
Conversation 2: Can you do the work?
A competency-based assessment. This isn’t about what you’ve done before—it’s about how you think through problems you haven’t solved yet. We give you a real challenge (or something close to it) and see how you handle it.
Conversation 3: Are we ready for each other?
The final alignment. We’re assessing maturity, self-awareness, and whether this is the right stage of your career to join Mediashock. You’re deciding if this is actually what you want.
If you make it through all three conversations, welcome to the team. If you don't, we'll tell you why—and what to work on if you want to try again later.
Who's thriving here
We've brought in talent from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, USA, Holland, France, China, and India—from schools like NTU, SMU, NUS, NYU, and other top universities around the world.
What they all have in common: they came here to learn a system, not just pick up a paycheck.
Mediashock on your CV means something.
At Mediashock, you don't just "get experience." You get trained in a methodology—our Content Choreography framework—that turns you from someone who makes content into someone who solves business problems with content.
We're not trying to keep you here forever. Some of our best people eventually move on—to lead content teams at global tech companies, to start their own agencies, to become strategic advisors for brands we all know. And when they do, they carry the Mediashock badge with them.
Why? Because the industry knows what it means: you were trained in a system. You can translate complexity. You think systematically, not just tactically. You've worked on high-stakes projects for clients who don't tolerate mediocrity.
Whether you stay with us for 3 years or 10, you're joining a global network of alumni who think the same way, speak the same language, and look out for each other. We're building something bigger than a company. We're building a movement of people who believe substance beats style—every single time.
Two ways to join Mediashock.
We're selective—not because we're elitist, but because we're building something specific: a company where smart people become strategically creative people.
Full-Time Roles
You've done this before—maybe at another agency, maybe in a completely different industry. You know how to manage clients, lead projects, or execute at a high level. You're looking for a place that will challenge how you think, not just what you produce.
Internships
This is our most competitive track. We don't take many, and most of them have never worked in content before. What they do have: sharp minds, strong work ethic, and a hunger to learn the Mediashock system from the ground up.
Fair warning: this isn't a "make coffee and watch from the sidelines" internship. You'll be on real client projects from Week 1. If you prove yourself, there's a clear path to full-time—some of our interns become managers within 2-3 years.
Start a conversation.
No cover letters. No hoops. Tell us who you are, what you're interested in, and why Mediashock.

We give away what most agencies gatekeep
The Mediashock Academy is free. Six parts. It's the same framework we use internally to train our team—how to structure stories, decode client psychology, translate technical complexity into clarity.
Because we believe good ideas should spread, not hide behind paywalls. And honestly, if you go through the Academy, you'll know pretty quickly whether Mediashock is the right fit for you.
